Thank you for interest in the Leadership Landscape programs. For the past thirty years, I have supported early care and education professionals in their leadership endeavors through mentoring directors, teaching courses and workshops throughout the United States. My leadership expertise has developed from my experiences as President of NHAEYC, chairperson of the Professional Studies at Wheelock College, NH State Child Care Administrator, founding director of Child Care Connection in Trenton, NJ, and professor of graduate courses in leadership for Wheelock College national and regional programs.

The mission of Leadership Landscape is to encourage emerging leaders in the exciting, expanding, challenging and sometimes mountainous landscape which we call the early care and education field.
